Since our group have already found a case study for this project, this week we prepared the formal letter to En. Ayob to inform him of the analysis we will be conducting on his business.
We plan to present to him the letter next week, and start the interview session sometime in next week or the week after that.
Also this week, we started the brainstorming the questions we will be asking En. Ayob in the interview session.

It's good that you have found your subject. Pls make you the questions are well prepared before the interview sessions. Bear in mind the interview sessions may need a few cycles, pls let your subject know that you will do some follow up session with him.
